Welcome to the Koala Kreations website. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These, together with our Privacy Policy, govern Koala Kreations’ relationship with you in relation to this website. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our site.

The terms “Koala Kreations”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to the owner of the website. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.

 

1. Shipping & Delivery

UK Shipping

  • Standard UK delivery: £4.80 flat rate via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

  • Free UK delivery on all orders over £80.

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day.

  • All orders are carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Click & Collect

  • Click and Collect is available from our store in Chipping Sodbury, Bristol.

  • If selected, your order will not be shipped and must be collected in person.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide using Royal Mail and trusted UK courier services.

  • Import duties and VAT may apply on international orders. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Northern Ireland is treated as an export destination and may incur duties and taxes.

International Shipping Costs

  • Europe: £15.00 (up to 2kg)

  • USA, Australia & New Zealand: £35.00 (up to 2kg)

If your parcel exceeds 2kg after packing, we will contact you by email with a link to pay any additional postage. For a quote before ordering, please email us at [email protected].

 

2. Payments

Payments are securely processed via:

  • Create payments

  • PayPal (no account required – all major credit/debit cards accepted)

Orders will only be dispatched once full payment is received.

3. Returns & Exchanges

At Koala Kreations, we aim to provide detailed product descriptions and accurate images. If you have questions before ordering, please don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected].

Our Returns Policy

  • We offer credit notes or exchanges only. No refunds are given.

  • Faulty or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us with photos for a prompt resolution.

  • Non-returnable items: Cut fabrics, ribbons, or trims cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged.

We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage and use a trackable service where possible.

4. Product Information

Fabric Orders

  • All fabric is sold by the half metre.

  • For example, to order 2 metres, please enter “4” in the quantity box.

  • Fabric is cut in one continuous length.

Haberdashery Orders

  • Sold by the metre.

  • To order 3 metres, please enter “3” in the quantity box.

  • Items are also cut in one continuous length.

5. Out of Stock Items

If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you within 48 hours. If it cannot be sourced, a full refund will be issued.

6. Website Use

  • Content is for general information only and subject to change without notice.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information for any particular purpose.

  • We are not liable for any temporary unavailability of the site due to technical issues beyond our control.

7. Privacy Policy
